A little about me:
I studied Modern European history in college. I attained a M.S. degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions. I studied analytic writing as part of the program in preparation for a career in Speech-Language Pathology. As a consumer of dense neuropsychological reports my writing skills continued to develop in the field. My own diagnostics, eleven to eighteen page reports presenting data, analyzing communication disorders, and presenting diagnoses required extensive copy editing and proofreading before presentation to the team. In transitioning to full time copy editing and proofreading I am receiving additional training at the Emerson College Professional Certificate in Copy Editing Program.
